Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Primo Lab Developer ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use our mobile applications (the "App" or "Service").
This Privacy Policy applies only to apps published by Primo Lab Developer. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
Certain features of the App may request access to:
- Media, files, and photos (for app functionality such as saving or importing content)
- Contact information (if applicable to app features)
- Device information
This information is generally retained on your device and is not collected by us directly, unless otherwise stated below.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the App, we and our third-party partners may automatically collect:
- Device identifiers (such as Google's Advertising ID)
- IP address, device model, and operating system version
- App usage data, session length, and in-app events
- Crash reports and diagnostic (Log) data
1.3 Purchase Information
If the App offers in-app purchases (IAP), purchase transactions are processed through the Google Play Billing system. We do not collect or store your payment card details — these are handled entirely by Google Play. We may receive non-sensitive purchase confirmation data (such as product ID and purchase status) to unlock features like ad removal or premium content.
2. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services, which may independently collect information used to identify you. We encourage you to review each provider's own privacy policy.
Analytics & Core Services
| Service | Purpose | Privacy Policy |
|---|---|---|
| Google Play Services | Core app functionality, licensing | Link |
| Firebase Analytics | Usage analytics, crash reporting | Link |
Advertising Partners
This App displays ads to support free access to content, and/or offers an ad-free experience via in-app purchase. We use the following advertising networks and mediation platforms:
| Service | Purpose | Privacy Policy |
|---|---|---|
| Google AdMob | Ad serving and mediation | Link |
| AppLovin MAX | Ad mediation platform | Link |
| Meta Audience Network (Meta Ads) | Ad serving | Link |
These partners may collect and process data such as advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, and app interaction data to deliver personalized or non-personalized ads, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud. Some partners in this mediation chain may change over time as AppLovin MAX and AdMob route requests to additional third-party ad networks ("mediation partners"). A current list of active mediation partners can typically be found within AppLovin's and Google's own disclosure pages linked above.
Your Ad Choices
Depending on your device and region, you may be able to:
- Opt out of personalized advertising via your device's ad settings (e.g., "Reset Advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android)
- Manage consent preferences if a consent management platform (CMP) is presented on app launch (for users in the EEA, UK, and other regions with applicable consumer privacy laws)
- Purchase the ad-free upgrade offered within the App, where available, to stop ad display entirely
3. Log Data
Whenever you use our Service, in the case of an error in the app, we may collect data and information (through third-party products) known as Log Data. This may include your device's IP address, device name, operating system version, app configuration at the time of use, and the time and date of use.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our App does not use cookies directly. However, third-party libraries and services integrated into the App (analytics and advertising SDKs listed above) may use cookies, mobile advertising identifiers, or similar technologies to collect information and improve their services. You may manage these preferences through your device settings or, where presented, an in-app consent screen.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers who perform services on our behalf (analytics, advertising, crash reporting)
- Google Play, for purchase processing
- Law enforcement or regulators, where required by law
Third parties who receive your information are contractually obligated to use it only for the purposes assigned to them and not for any other purpose.
6. Data Retention and Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the email below. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable law (such as the GDPR in the EEA/UK or the CCPA in California), including the right to opt out of certain data sales or sharing, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
In-app purchase records are retained by Google Play in accordance with Google's own retention policies; we do not separately store your payment history.
7. Security
We value your trust in providing your personal information and strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Links to Other Sites
The Service may contain links to other websites. If you click a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. These external sites are not operated by us, and we assume no responsibility for their content or privacy practices. We advise reviewing the privacy policy of any site you visit.
9. Children's Privacy
This Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
